Meet Thulasi
Thulasi is a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, EMDR UK Accredited Therapist, a Business Psychologist and EMCC Accredited Executive Coach with over 16,000 clinical hours delivered across 20 years in the NHS and 8 years in private practice.
What sets her apart: Before focusing on private practice, Thulasi worked at leadership level across complex NHS settings, including as a specialist trauma clinician for the Grenfell NHS response service and as Clinical Lead for NHS Workforce Wellbeing & Resilience during the pandemic. She understands both the clinical and organisational dimensions of workplace stress, trauma, and burnout.
She specialises in helping professionals, business owners, senior leaders and adults with trauma (childhood trauma, relationship trauma, workplace trauma), anxiety, PTSD, and occupational health difficulties—particularly those who appear fine on the outside but are struggling internally, or who've reached crisis point and been signed off sick.
